If you type 'bromodosis' into Wikipedia, it redirects you to its Body odor page – which doesn't mention the word except to say that you've been redirected from it.
Dictionary.com doesn't have an entry for bromodosis, but asks if you meant bromidrosis – which it prefers to spell 'bromhidrosis'. It defines bromhidrosis as "the secretion of foul–smelling sweat."
However, if you google 'bromodosis' you do get lots of hits telling you that it's smelly feet. Top of the list is NHS Direct Wales; further down the list is Wikipedia's Foot odor page – which doesn't mention the word bromodosis.
